PM PROGRAMS
Our preventive maintenance programs are designed around your machine
tool needs. Our programs will give you the advantage of predicting
costly, if not catastrophic, failure of critical components resulfing
in lengthy downtime. We use temperature sensors, bearing analyzers,
pull force retention gages, precision tools and precision machine
levels, By using this equipment we can document our findings and create
a history file for each of your machine tools which are also proven ISO
documentation. With the completion of each PM on your machine tools,
you will receive in book form written report and an electronic file
wilt be kept at Bearden Engineering Inc. You will be contacted two
weeks prior to schedule.

Must machine tool break down are due to bad oils,
filters and motors getting plugged and not cooling the electronics of
the machine. Hydraulics heating up oils and headstocks not getting
proper oils for cooling bearings of the spindle. Our programs can save
you money and down time.
